Jon Barnes, CEO

Jon Barnes is a Fractional Marketing Leader, author, speaker, and strategic advisor with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations strengthen their brand, communications, and market presence. He partners with government contractors, professional services firms, and technical organizations as an extension of their leadership teams, providing executive-level marketing strategy, organizational communications, and AI-informed guidance without the overhead of a full-time executive. Through his unique combination of fractional leadership and a bolt-on agency model, Jon helps organizations align strategy with execution across brand positioning, executive communications, recruiting, content, internal communications, and business growth.

He is also the author of three books—Creative Threads, Brand Thyself!, and How to Become a Marketing Consultant—and has spoken to audiences across the country on marketing, branding, leadership, entrepreneurship, and AI.
